Cancelation policy 

To best serve our guests and staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancellations on short notice prohibit others guests from filling that spot and leave your stylist without work. We reserve the right to charge for any appointment that you have missed without notice. Please be respectful.  

Running late Policy 

Guests that arrive more than 10 minutes after the booked appointment time may be asked to reschedule. When possible, we will do our best to alter your service/s so that we can still offer you an appointment upon your arrival.

Help Us with our Lobby Area

We are a child friendly salon, but we do ask that children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety and the safety of our expensive salon equipment/furniture.  Please be respectful to our salon atmosphere and the other relaxing guests. Our Lounge is a place where many come to relax and recharge while your color is processing or you are receiving a luxury shampoo or treatment. Please be mindful of other guests' space while waiting for your stylist to come get you.
